Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Irving, TX

We are a 30-year old privately owned company seeking long-term dedicated Inside Sales Representatives to join under 100-employee team.

Job Description:

As a member of the team, the Sales Representative position will provide service and support to our existing valued account base as well as establishing business with new customers by providing consultative solutions for their needs with the latest in equipment technology.

An aggressive commission structure makes this position almost limitless in earning potential! We already have an extensive database with thousands of warm and hot leads. We also participate in multiple trade shows per year and have an extensive print media advertising circulation. With print media, web presence, great machinery and reputation also a heavy repeat customer base, sales leads come to us! Our customer base ranges from Food, Beverage, Chemical, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and various Specialty Markets.

Job Duties:

• Generate sales quotes based on customer need
• Proposal follow up and closing skills
• Attend trade shows, showing our manufactured products to our existing and potential new customers
• Cold calling target markets that may benefit from our products
• Provide in-house support during customer visits to our showroom or product acceptance
• Visit customers at their site when applicable

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Stable Work history
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work with a wide range of customers
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software programs as required
• Ability to learn and understand technical information related to our products offered
• Mechanical Aptitude
